The numbers of academic staff supporting the degree programmes of 32 people. Teaching staff have varied disciplinary backgrounds and possess Master, Professor, and Doctoral degrees from either Indonesian universities or abroad as in Staff Handbook. Supporting Staff​

The Department of Aquatic Resources Management employ a sufficient number of non-academic staff/supporting staff categorised as technicians (laboratory staff), administrative staff, and supporting staff.
